DESCRIPTION
The project “WinLIMS.Net System” contains all features necessary for base-line information like test methods, sample types and their parameters, used units, analyze equipment, WinLIMS events (sending of email, printing documents with certain events),
lists of allowed values for input fields, to be defined and managed. This data is a structured base to manage and to follow the sample lifecycle. From registration (single or group wise and ad-hoc or linked to an order or project), input of the sample to the lab, results (per sample, per work list or in table display) validation of the results, sample release up to report.
SERVICES
- The maintenance gives the right to update system, which will be released frequently for WinLIMS regarding known problems/bugs. This will entitle permanent support (by phone or email) regarding questions or issues considering WinLIMS.
- Conceptiva delivers training for LIMS administrator and end-users. The training for Administrator contains more technical information and is normally for two employees (1Administrator + 1 backup). The end-user training is more focused on the day to day use of the system in the lab. Training sessions last about 3 days and are attended by 4 persons.
